The Vapo Academy provides professional training and development opportunities to the Vapo personnel, and to the Group’s subcontractors and partners.

The aim of the Vapo Academy is to ensure and enhance the professional competencies required in Vapo’s core business operations.

The Vapo Academy also aims at harmonizing the know-how and the working practices of the personnel in the Vapo Group companies in the Baltic Sea Area.
